On the afternoon of October 13, 2022, Dongsheng Group held a cultural theme sharing meeting. All employees from the headquarters attended the meeting.

Each workplace representative shared the deeds around him. Through the real experience, what he showed more was not the personal efforts in the work, but the mutual responsibility of team members in the work. During the epidemic, the Group and the factory were thousands of miles away from each other to cooperate in the delivery work, and the factory leader said, "Don't worry about it, I'll deal with it." Let the sales colleagues "warm their hearts", and the timely arrival of goods is more reassuring. Only with the strong support of the production team in the rear, can the sales team have a sense of security and external combat effectiveness! At this moment, "I am here" and "Let me do it." are undoubtedly the most powerful battle slogans!

In addition, the spirit of overcoming difficulties in work is also mentioned repeatedly. Our R&D colleagues have done a lot of experiments at high frequencies, regardless of the heat and cold, and in order to get first-hand information on product performance, they have become the most beautiful trailblazers of the Group in spite of personal danger and the number of business trips in the two years of epidemic. It is precisely because of their courage to take on responsibilities that we have become leaders from followers of the industry.

Of course, we did not forget the family members who silently supported us. It was their responsibility that raised a sky for these colleagues. With them, "responsibility" has become a wordless commitment between families, and families have become the real "rear area" of our cause.

After the sharing, Zhang Zhonghua , Vice Chairman of the Group, spoke highly of the event and hoped that it would become better and better.

Zhang Zhongkai, Chairman of the Group , while giving recognition to the event, also made the following interpretation of the responsibility:

1、 We should pay 100% of our enthusiasm and efforts to our work, overcome difficulties, and do not give up easily.
