New Year's new weather and new plan. At 8:30 a.m. on January 29, 2023, Dongsheng held the 2023 starting ceremony, which was attended by all employees of the group. Zhang Zhongkai, the chairman of the group, attended the meeting and made a speech.

At the ceremony, we invited the trainers from the Cloud Classroom to do the 2023 Dongsheng Group Reading Launch Ceremony. The teacher vividly put forward that "learning ability" is a strong driving force for personal development and an inexhaustible source for enterprise development and growth. It will pave the way for Dongsheng people to improve their learning ability and cognitive ability in 2023.

Finally, Chairman Zhang Zhongkai made a mobilization speech at the beginning of the year. The speech pointed out that the burden and task of Dongsheng people in 2023 will be heavier. Therefore, all employees of Dongsheng are required to have "cognition" and "judgment" and learn and work hard to achieve the goal on this basis. Zhang Zhongkai put forward four requirements to all Dongsheng people:

First, from now on, we should go back to work and take care of ourselves. We will enter the finals at the beginning of the new year and quickly enter the working state.

Second, the plan for the year is in spring. All employees start to formulate the annual work plan and the first quarter plan, and strictly implement them.

Third, all Dongsheng people should improve their efficiency, seize the main task and strive for the goal of 2023.

Fourth, continue to focus on the two themes of responsibility and innovation.
