Zhang Zhongkai briefly introduced the meetings of the National People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the National People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), sharing his experiences and experiences from participating in the first meeting of the 14th CPPCC. At the two sessions, Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in his government work report that the past five years have been extremely unusual and extraordinary. Building a new pattern of development, promoting high-quality development, and coordinating development and security, China's economic and social development has achieved significant achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. Based on Premier Keqiang's report, Zhang Zhongkai focused on the basic proposal idea of "persisting in gathering the wisdom of the people, benefiting the people's livelihood, and meeting their needs", aiming at the actual needs of the current local economic, social, and enterprise development in Heilongjiang Province, to make the masses truly feel that CPPCC members are around, feel that CPPCC members are traveling with the people, speak for the development of enterprises and Heilongjiang, actively tell the "Longjiang Story", and convey the "Longjiang Voice".
